摘要
目的掌握东莞市东坑镇食物中毒的发生规律,为控制和减少食物中毒的发生提供对策。方法利用1996—2008年东坑镇食物中毒统计报表及个案调查报告进行综合分析。结果东坑镇食物中毒的发生率总体呈下降趋势,发生地点以集体食堂(81.48%)为主,其次是饮食服务单位(11.11%)。导致食物中毒的食品,以动物性食品为主,中毒原因以致病菌引起的中毒为主。结论该镇食物中毒的发生和中毒人数总体呈下降趋势,加强食品卫生监督和有针对性地进行卫生宣传教育仍是预防食物中毒的关键措施。
[ Objective] To study the occurrence regularity of food poisoning in Dongkeng town of Dongguan city, provide countermeasure for prevention and control of food poisoning. [ Methods ] The statistical report forms and case investigation reports of food poisoning in Dongkeug town during 1996 -2008 were analyzed synthetically. [ Results] The incidence of food poisoning in Dongkeng town showed a descending trend, the occurrences scene mainly was the collective eatery (81.48%) , food service units ( 11.11% ) was in the second place. The majority of the poisoning foods were the animal foods, and most of poisoning cases were caused by pathogenic bacteria. [ Conclusion] The incidence of food poisoning and poisoning patients showed downtrend generally. The key measures of food poisoning prevention were strengthening of the food hygiene supervision and purposefulness health education.
