摘要
城市绿色生态空间,是城市赖以生存的自然生态基础,是城市能持续获得自然生态服务和城市生态环境的安全保障。本文以重庆市缙云山、中梁山、铜锣山、明月山管制分区规划为例,针对城市绿色生态空间规划和建设面临的突出问题,着重从区划依据、区划方法、空间管制的对策和措施以及建立管制的长效机制等方面对绿色空间管制规划进行了探索。
The green space is the natural foundation of the city, which safeguards the urban ecological environment. With the Regulation Plan of Yiyun Mountain, Zhongliang Mountain, Tongluo Mountain and Mingyue Mountain in Chongqing as an example, this paper in order to deal with the problems in the urban green space planning and construction examines the green space regulation plan from the aspects of criteria, methods, measures and long-term mechanism and so on.
