摘要
保健食品体外抗氧化能力评价实验具有简便、快捷的特点。发射光谱法是目前常用的保健食品体外抗氧化能力检测方法。本文对发射光谱法中的荧光法及化学发光法各自原理、特点、仪器、检测方法、应用范围进行了分析比较,并举例说明了这2种方法在保健食品抗氧化体外实验中的应用特点。
The determination experiment of anti-oxidation capability of health food in vitro was simple and easy. The method of emission spectrometry is commonly used to evaluating health food anti-oxidation capability. The principles, characteristics, instruments, detection methods and the applications of fluorescence and chemiluminescence methods were compared in this paper.
