Determination of Sudan Ⅰ in chili by HPLC-MS

摘要 建立了液相色谱-质谱法测定辣椒中的苏丹红Ⅰ,用乙腈提取样品中的目标物,采用ACQUITYUPLCTMBEHC18柱,以乙腈∶水=90∶10为流动相,进行液相色谱-质谱检测。其线性范围为0.01μg/mL~10μg/mL;线性回归系数为0.9997;检出限为0.1μg/mL;回收率为87.9%~95.4%。 The HPLC-MS method for the detection of Sudan I in chili was establish. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile. For HPLC-MS determination, the ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C 18 column was used and the acetonitrile-water (90:10 by volume) was used as mobile phase. The calibration curve was liner, with linear range of 0.01-10 μg/ml and Linear regression coefficient of 0.9997. The detection limit of the method was 0.1 μg/ml, and the recovery rate was 87.9~95.4%.
