摘要
综述了未知物组分剖析的技术特点及难点。介绍了剖析的一般实施步骤及常用仪器方法,对定性定量困难等问题进行讨论。归纳了未知物组分剖析技术在成分分析、反向工程、健康环保及失效分析领域的最新应用进展。
The feature and difficulty of analysis of unknown samples were summarized. The analysis methods and typical instruments were introduced, The problems such as qualitative and quantitative analysis were discussed. The application of analysis of unknown samples in component analysis, and reverse engineering, health ＆ environmental protection and failure analysis were summarized.
