摘要
利用大鼠力竭模型对大鼠脊髓神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)阳性神经元与运动疲劳的关系进行了研究。结果:运动后即刻脊髓nNOS阳性神经元表达与对照组相比明显降低,特别是脊髓后角固有核处与对照组相比差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:力竭运动使大鼠脊髓nNOS阳性神经元的表达降低,力竭运动后脊髓nNOS表达的减少可能参与了中枢运动性疲劳的形成。
This article researches the relation between nNOS positive neurons in spinal cord and exercise -induced fatigue by using the exhaustion exercise model of rats. Research findings indicate that after the exhaustion exercise,compared with the control group, there is a significant decrease in the expression of nNOS positive neurons, especially in nucleus proprius comus posterioris ( P 〈 0.01 ). It is proved that exhaustion exercise can reduce the expression of nNOS in the positive neuron in spinal cord in rats, which suggests that after exhaustion exercise the reduction of nNOS positive expression in spinal cord is likely to be involved in forming the exercise -induced fatigue.
