摘要
随着新的劳动合同法出台,为了降低用人成本,很多医院采用了劳务派遣的用工方式以弥补人员的不足。我院在劳务派遣人员的管理中,尽可能按照同工同酬的管理理念,不仅解决了人员不足的问题,也为我院的人力资源管理模式的转型积累了经验。
With the new labor contract law issued, a number of hospitals have to adopt a management pattern of dispatch of labor service in order to reduce the cost of human resources. In accordance with the management concept of equal pay for equal work, our hospital has applied dispatch of labor service and managed the dispatched staff successfully, which not only can help to make up for the manpower shortage, but also gain experience on the restructuring of human resource management in hospitals.
