摘要
目的研究柿叶总黄酮对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠的降糖降脂作用及其机制。方法采用四氧嘧啶诱导制作糖尿病小鼠模型。给予柿叶总黄酮50、100、200 mg/kg灌胃治疗,连续2周,取血清,测定空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、SOD、MDA含量。灌胃期间,第7、14天分别称其体重。结果与模型组相比,中、高剂量的柿叶总黄酮能够显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖,提高血清中SOD活性,降低TG、TC、MDA的含量。结论柿叶总黄酮对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠具有降血糖和血脂的作用及提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic and hypocholesterolaemia effect of total flavonoids from persimmon leaf (PTF) on alloxan- induced diabetic mice and its mechanism. Methods: The diabetic mice were established by injection of alloxan. Diabetic rats were given PTF (50,100, 200 mg/kg respectively) intragastrie administration, for 14 days, and the daily diet of mice, water quantity and weight were observed each group in 7th day and 14th day in experiment. In 14th day, mice glucose value and blood serum TG, TC, SOD, MDA content were detected. Results: Compared with the diabete model group, the middle PTF dose and the high PTF dose lowered diabete mice's glucose level obviously, enhanced blood the SOD activeness and reduced TG, TC and the MDA content. Conclusion: The profecfion of total flavonoids from persimmon leaf possesses significant hypoglycemic antivities.
