摘要
目的:研究太子参多糖对糖尿病小鼠的降糖降脂作用。方法:采用链尿菌素诱导Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠模型,检测其空腹血糖、糖耐量、胆固醇、甘油三酯等来观察太子参多糖的降糖降脂作用。结果:太子参多糖具有显著性降低空腹血糖,改善糖耐量的作用,而且具有降低血脂的功能。结论:太子参多糖具有一定的降糖降脂作用。
Objective：To observe the effects of pseudostellaria polysaccharides on glucose and lipid metabolism in experimental diabetic mice.Methods：STZ（130 mg/kg）was injected into mouse to make the experimental diabetes model,The effects of pseudostellaria polysaccharides on blood glucose,glucose tolerance,total cholesterol（T-CHO）,and triglyceride（TG） of diabetic mice were observed.Results：Pseudostellaria polysaccharides could significantly lower levels of blood glucose,cholesterol（T-CHO）and triglyceride（TG） and release glucose tolerance.Conclusion：Pseudostellaria polysacchafides ccould lower levels of blood glucose and blood lipid on diabetic mice.
