摘要
目的:观察子午流注配合辨证取穴治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法:将缺血性脑血管病患者110例随机分为子午流注配合辨证取穴治疗组56例与辨证取穴针刺对照组54例进行治疗对照观察,并分析治疗前后血液流变学检测指标。结果:子午流注针法配合辨证取穴治疗组疗效优于辨证取穴针刺对照组(P<0.05),并可明显改善血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉等血液流变学指标(P<0.01)。结论:子午流注针法配合辨证取穴治疗缺血性脑血管病具有提高临床疗效、降低致残率、改善血液循环的优点。
Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture with methods of midnight - noon ebb - flow on ischemic cerebrovascular accident. Methods： 110 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular accident were randomly divided into two groups ,treatment gruop in which 56 cases were treated by acupuncture with methods of midnight - noon ebb - flow and the control group in which 54 eases were treated by normal acupuncture. Results： The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and plasma viscosity, hematokrit, erythrecyte sedimentation rate significantly improved in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： There were a better therapeutic effect, lower disability rate on the treatment of ischemic cerebravascular accident by acupuncture with methods of midnight - noon ebb - flow than which by normal acupuncture, and the former method can effectively improve blood theology.
