摘要
三因制宜,亦即因人、因时、因地制宜,是中医学中一个重要的指导疾病治疗的原则,是将人置身在自然界中,从宏观的天地时空以多维角度映射到"人"这一微观个体。疾病的发生、发展常呈现出对时令气候、地理环境以及个体禀赋差异的复杂变化过程,在针灸的临床治疗中,充分把握三因制宜思想的具体内涵,将针灸辩证、取穴、补泻的原理和方法与三因制宜思想有机结合具有现实意义。通过分析三因制宜思想的内涵及在针灸中的用法和意义,以期充分发挥三因制宜思想在针灸临床诊疗中的特色,获得更佳的临床疗效。
Three categories of etiological factors system was an important principle in traditional Chinese medicine to guide the treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.It is to put people in the nature and map them from the macro space-time to the micro individual“human being”from the multi-dimensional perspective.The occurrence and development of diseases often present a complex changing process of seasonal climate,geographical environment and individual endowment differences.In the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,it is of practical significance to fully grasp the specific connotation of the thought of three factors,and organically combine the principles and methods of acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint selection,reinforcing and reducing with the thought of three factors.Through the analysis of the connotation of the thought of three factors and its usage and significance in acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to give full play to the characteristics of the thought of three factors in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,and obtain better clinical efficacy.
