摘要
基本公共卫生服务均等化指标体系是测量基本公共卫生服务均等化的基础工具。本文首先介绍有关指标体系的设计理念,然后给出经专家咨询获得的指标体系,最后对部分基本公共卫生服务提供指标进行了省际均等化综合测量。
The indices of the equality of essential public health services are instrumental for measurement. This paper first introduces the idea to design the system of equality indices, then illustrates the resulting lists of equality indices by means of expert consultations, and finally shows the summarized measure of inter-provincial equality for several indices with available data.
