摘要
介绍了一种结合数控机床加工(CNC)的新型分层实体快速成形技术,使用该技术制备了叠层的陶瓷原型件,着重分析了制造过程中原型件产生误差的原因,并对比分析了该分层实体原型件与传统分层实体技术在制造过程中产生误差的不同。通过SEM分析了制备的陶瓷原件后处理排蜡过程中产生的缺陷,结合实际制备过程提出了对分层实体原型件误差的有效改进措施,以利于该技术制造精度的提高和应用范围的进一步推广。
A new Rapid Prototyping of Laminated Object Manufacturing(LOM) combined with Computerized Numerical Control( CNC) is introduced. Ceramic prototype was produced by this technology, whereas it is difficult to avoid some errors in the manufacturing process. The reasons caused these errors were especially analyzed and pointed out the difference between this new technology and the traditional LOM. SEM was used to analyze the errors after wax removal in off-dispose. In the final several improvement measures were discussed in order to improve fabricating precision in the practical manufacturing process.
