摘要
根据一种陶瓷零件快速成形的专利技术,应用TRIZ理论设计了一种新的铺料装置,克服了铺料效率低,质量差的缺点。通过解决实际的技术冲突,说明了TRIZ理论解决产品创新问题的过程。重点阐述了如何利用冲突矩阵和发明原理来解决实际工程技术问题。
According to the patent about rapid prototyping technology of ceramic parts, a new feed device was designed under the guidance of TRIZ theory. The device is expected to overcome the inefficient and poor quality of the feed. By solving real technic conflict, the process of TRIZ to solve the problem of product innovation was illuminated. The paper emphasized on how to use the conflict matrix and the principles of the invention to solve the practical engineering issues.
