摘要
简述了陶瓷制件成型的快速成型技术的发展状况,介绍了陶瓷零件快速成型机的工艺流程和特点,对陶瓷零件快速成型机基本结构作了说明,着重介绍了基于开放式PMAC结构的陶瓷零件快速成型机控制系统的硬件和控制系统软件的设计。该控制系统能够很好地满足系统开放性的要求。
The development status of the machine tools about rapid prototyping manufacturing for ceramic parts was introduced. The technical process and feature of the machine tool about rapid prototyping manufacturing for ceramic parts were introduced. The basic constitutions of the machine tools about rapid prototyping manufacturing for ceramic parts were described. The design of hardware and software of control system based on PMAC structure was introduced. The control system can meet the demand of open system well.
