摘要
本文在对"三鹿奶粉"事件及其原因分析的基础上,通过对食品安全风险治理的组织架构、风险监测与评估、社会多元参与机制3个方面的深入探讨,并和《食品安全法》中确立的相关制度进行比较分析,综合提出完善我国食品安全风险治理架构的设想。
Based on the analysis of risk controlling of food safety, risk analyzing relative system established the risk controlling framework of food ＂Sanlu Milk Powder＂ case, this paper makes a probe into framework of monitoring and assessment as well as society multi-participation. By in food sofety law, the author puts forward the assumption on perfecting safety in china.
