摘要
专业是特定的社会职业,与之相对应的专业教育是在近现代实现制度化、体系化的。专业学位是专业教育的文凭证书,是面向特定社会职业的人才需求,为培养社会高端专业人才而设立的学位类型,具有职业性与学术性相统一、特定的职业指向性和教育的实践依赖性等特征。扩大设置专业学位,积极发展专业学位研究生教育,有助于丰富高层次人才类型,增强学位结构的社会适应性;促进知识经济产业成长,推动国家发展转型;培养高层次社会事业建设人才,提升社会现代化水平。
Profession is a special kind of vocations, professional education has been institutionalized and systematized along with the development Of modern society. Professional degree is the written certificate of professional education, which is built to satisfy the demand of special social vocations, and educate professional personnel with higher knowledge and technology with the features of integration of profession and academia, special orientation of vocations, and dependence of educational practice. It is helpful to diversify the categories of higher level personnel, and promote social adaptability of degree structure; to enhance development of knowledge economy, and improve the transition of national development; to cultivate higher construction personnel of social development, and raise the level of social modernizatlon.
