摘要
根据某自来水厂工艺流程和控制要求,提出了一种基于工业以太网和无线宽带通信系统建立的水厂监督控制与数据采集(SCADA)系统。它主要由可编程控制器(PLC)与工控机(IPC)构成,并通过工业以太网和无线宽带进行数据交换。下位机PLC实现控制、数据采集、状态检测等功能;上位机IPC通过组态软件WinCC V6.0实现对下位机进行访问、远程监控等功能。详细介绍了硬件构成、软件设计和组态软件的应用。该系统具有经济、可靠、易于扩展的特点,并得以成功应用,效益显著。
According to the craft process and control requirements of a waterworks, the supervisor control and data acquisition (SCADA) system based on industrial ethernet and wireless wideband communication was proposed. It composes of programmable logic controller (PLC) and industrial control computer (IPC) which communicate each other by industrial ethernet and wireless wideband. Function of the PLC is to realize control, data collection, state detection,etc. With configuration software WinCC V6.0, function of the IPC is to realize visitation to PLC and remote control and so on. Hardware, software of the system and the application of configuration software were introduced in detail. This system is economical, reliable and easy to be expanded, which has been successfully applied in reality.
