摘要
介绍华北某保税区供水SCADA系统的结构、组成、数据库、通讯方式等,建立了供水系统的优化调度模型,并阐述了SCADA系统的数据采集与监控、数据管理、三级控制、遥控以及优化调度等功能。
It describes the SCADA system architecture, composition, database, communication mode of one free trade zone in north China, and builds a optimal control model of water supply system, and expatiates some functions of SCADA system, such as data acquisition, supervising, data management, third class control, remote control and optimal control, and so on.
