摘要
文中介绍了美国NordbergHP系列破碎机的给矿串级控制系统的设计方案及其实现,采用PLC并基于PROFIBUS总线构成监督控制与数据采集(SCADA)系统,实现了破碎机的机腔挤满给矿自动控制,并提高了系统的动态特性。该设计已成功应用于实际系统中,效益显著。
This paper presents the design and application of a feed cascade control system for use with the Nordberg HP series crusher.A supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system based on PROFIBUS and PLC is used to control the full chamber feed rate of the crusher.The system dynamic performance is also improved.This design has been applied to a practical system successfully.
