摘要
低度白酒现在已经越来越深受广大消费者的喜爱,然而低度白酒在生产销售过程中往往面临浑浊、失光等质量问题。近年来低度白酒的各种除浊技术发展很快,膜分离技术也是其中之一。膜分离由于低能耗、污染小、方便操作等优点已经广泛应用在各个领域,其在低度白酒除浊中的使用效果也极其显著。
Low-alcohol liquor is becoming the main consuming trend of Chinese liquor. But there are some quality problems being in liquor-making and its shelf life, such as white haze, gloss lost etc. Membrane separation technology is the one of the most important precipitate-removing technolo- gies. The separation membrane, because of its virtues such as low energy consumption, little pollution and convenient manipulation, has got widely applications on the turbidity removal of low-alcohol Liquor.
