摘要
叙述了计算机仿真技术在船艇指挥专业实践教学和海警舰艇部队训练中的应用,提出了海警舰艇抗沉应急指挥决策实训系统基本结构的设计理念,并完成了系统的开发。系统装备实验室后不仅完全满足舰艇损管基本操练、舰艇损管组织与指挥、舰艇海损事故(破损进水)应急辅助决策等科目的实训要求,还能应用于舰艇海损事故风险评估。
This article analyzes application of computer simulation technique on practical teaching of ship conducting profession, and marine police force training, puts forward the design principle of basic structure of conducting and decision making training system for marine police naval ship to meet anti-sink emergency, and completes the system development. It can not only satisfy the requirement of ship damage control basic drill, organization and conducting, aided emergent decision of ship damage trouble (water entered broken cabin), etc. but also be applied in the risk evaluation of the damage trouble.
