摘要
本文设计一种基于GIS(地理信息系统)的火灾接警系统,它主要结合了ArcGIS、模拟语音电话卡和数据库三方面技术,弥补了老接警系统中一些不足之处。本系统利用模拟语音卡来获得必要的报警电话信息,如呼入号码、呼入时间、报警语音信息等,并实时地将这些信息送入相应的数据库中以便事后重复利用；利用ArcGIS将报警电话地点实时地在地图中加以显示,让接警人员能及时地了解到出事地点,并能够将多个出事地点汇总在地图中；数据库记录必要的电话信息、报警信息、报警语音信息等以便系统加以调用和查询。通过这三方面的有效结合,接警人员不仅可以高效地处理多路接警工作,而且提高了准确率,为救援工作的展开争取了宝贵的时间,具有一定的实用性。
A GIS-based fire alarm response system is designed in this paper which includes three parts： ArcGIS, analogue speech telephone card and database. The new system removes some limitation of previous systems. The system uses the voice card to get the phones information including the phone number, the call time, and the sound information, etc., and at the same time transfers the information to the corresponding databases. It uses ArcGIS to display the accident site on the map and statistical information in time. The database can be used to record the important information of the alarm phones. In this way, the operator not only can easily deal with many call phones simultaneously, but also can get useful information within a short time.
