摘要
目的:研究熊果酸的抗氧化性能。方法:采用邻苯三酚自氧化法,Feton体系法测定熊果酸对超氧阴离子和羟自由基的清除能力,从而探求熊果酸的抗氧化性能。结果:实验表明熊果酸对超氧阴离子和羟自由基有明显的清除作用,熊果酸超氧阴离子的最高清除率可达88.42%,但是清除作用弱于同浓度下的VC。熊果酸对羟自由基的清除作用最高可达86.35%,并且强于同浓度下的甘露醇。结论:熊果酸具有明显的抗氧化性。
Objective:The antioxidant activity of the ursolic acid was studied.Methods: The method of Pyrograllol autoxidation and Feton system was used to determine the scavenging capacity of superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl free radical of ursolic acid.Results: The experiment showed that the ursolic acid had significiant scavenging activity on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl free radical.The highest scavenging rate of superoxide anion radical was 88.42%, but was weaker than same concentration of Vc.The highest scavenging rate of hydroxyl free radical was 86.35% ,and was stronger than mannitol. Conclusion :The antioxidant activity of ursolic acid is very significiant.
