摘要
本文采用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法研究血管活性肠肽（ＶＩＰ） 能神经和Ｐ物质（ＳＰ） 能神经在人十二指肠壁内的分布。结果显示： ＶＩＰ能和ＳＰ能神经纤维和神经元均呈棕褐色； ＶＩＰ能神经纤维遍布肠壁各层，ＳＰ能神经纤维主要分布于肌层和神经丛； ＶＩＰ能和ＳＰ能神经元见于肌间和粘膜下神经， 尤以后者为多， 但形态特点不同； 在肌间神经丛， ＳＰ能神经元比ＶＩＰ能神经元多。粘膜内可见ＶＩＰ能和ＳＰ能神经元， 多单个分布在粘膜肌层内。结果表明： １ＶＩＰ能和ＳＰ能神经在人十二指肠壁内分布有差异。
The distribution of VIP and SP immunoreactive (VIP IR and SP IR) nerve fibers in human duodenum was studied by using immunohistochemical ABC method. The results showed that VIP IR and SP IR nerve fibers and cells showed a brown color. VIP IR nerve fibers distributed in all layers, SP IR nerve fibers distributed mainly in the tunica muscularis and nervous plexuses. The VIP IR and SP IR neurons were seen in the myenteric and submucous plexuses, mainly in the submucous plexus. But they were different in morphology. The SP IR neurons were more than VIP IR neurons in the myenteric plexus. The VIP IR and SP IR neurons were seen in the muscularis mucosa. These results suggest that VIP IR and SP IR nerves are different in distribution. There are VIP IR and SP IR neurons in the mucosa.\;
