摘要
本实验以人流胎儿为材料,应用免疫细胞化学方法(采取血管全层铺片和恒冷箱冰冻切片),对人冠状动脉壁及其周围的P物质(S P)能神经纤维和胞体的分布和形态进行了研究。结果表明,S P阳性神经纤维在人冠状血管主要分布于心外膜冠状动脉,特别是心外膜冠状动脉分支的起始处。心外膜冠状动脉各层及动脉旁均有S P阳性神经纤维,动脉外膜及动脉旁阳性纤维丰富,而中膜及内膜内阳性纤维则较少。此外,还发现沿冠状动脉分布着大量的S P阳性神经元胞体。
The substance P-ergic innervation of coronary arteries of human fetuses was studied using immunocytochemical method(the whole mount stretch preparations and cryostat sections). The results showed that the substance P-positive fibres majorty distributed in epicardial coronary arteies,especially at the beginning portion of branches of these arteries.The positive fibres were found in the all layers of epicardial coronary arteries, with a high density in the adventitia and a]ow density in the media and intima.Numerous substance P-positive perikarya were seen in the intracardiac ganlia along coronary arteries.The size and shape of the positive neurons were similar with those of the small-sized sensory neurons in spinal ganglia.The results suggested that substance P-ergic nerves innervate human coronary arteries origin from substance P-ergic neurons in intracardiac ganglia.
