摘要
目的:为了从形态学角度验证肥大细胞与肽能神经“双向”调节理论.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)对Wistar大鼠鼻粘膜及耳廓皮肤进行肥大细胞与肽能神经末梢关系的研究.结果:大鼠鼻粘膜及耳廓皮肤肥大细胞与P物质能神经末梢存在较为密切的形态学构筑关系;肥大细胞可“串连”于P物质能神经纤维;肥大细胞免疫组化染色呈阳性,但尚不能断定肥大细胞为P物质阳性细胞.结论:提示肥大细胞与P物质能神经关系密切,为进一步研究肥大细胞的非IgE调控机制提供了形态学依据.
To further exploit the hypothesis of "bi-directional" regulation between mast cells (MC) and peptidergic terminals morphologically, an immunohistochemical study on the relation between MC and substance P(SP)-ergic terminal in nasal mucosa and auricle skin in rat was carried out. The results showed that (1) there were close morphological relations between the cell and the terminal; (2) MC was often "strung" on, or embraced by the terminal; and (3) MC was im-munologically "stained". These results provide a morphological basis for the theory of non-IgE regulation of mast cells.
