摘要
随着我国医疗事业的飞速发展,医疗行业对医院信息化建设的关注程度逐步提高,投入力度不断加大。医疗信息化已由原来的从属地位转变为四梁八柱之一。各级医疗机构的信息化建设由简单的信息采集辅助工具向作为融入医疗管理思路的流程控制和信息化监管的平台迈进,信息化项目也由原有的单一型转向了复杂型。然而,随着纷纷上马的信息化项目,信息化工作量激增,多年来累积的医院信息化人力资源的问题也随之暴露出来。
With the rapid development of China's medical career,the medical industries pay more and more close attention to the construction of hospital.Besides,medical information has been from original subordinate position to one of eight columns.The information construction of medical institution at all levels has becoming a medical management and information monitoring in the process control from a simple auxiliary tool.However,with the development of the information projects,the workload of information's construction increasing quickly.What's more,the issues about the hospital information's human resources has been exposed with the accumulation of time.
