摘要
在分析信息中心在医院信息化建设中的作用的基础上,探讨了信息中心所应具有的定位,并对医院如何进行IT人才培养,营造发展的空间,以提高IT人才学习的自觉性及工作主动性。从而确保医院信息系统的正常运转及为后续建设储备人才提出建议。
After describing the role of information center in hospital informationization construction, we discussed the localization which the information center should have. And then In order to enhance the IT talent person＇ and the work initiative, the article put forward the suggestion on how to cultivate IT talent person, create room for development, which ensure the normal operation of the building and make preparation for future.
