摘要
宪法学教学在地方高校普遍存在受忽视的状况。既有思想认识上的原因,也有技术操作的原因,这种现象的长期存在必将造成很大的负面影响:影响宪法学教学的效果,影响宪法学人才的培养,不符合建设政治文明和法治国家的要求。纠正这一偏差不仅是必要的而且是可能的,在提高认识的前提下,改革教学方法,提高授课技巧,增进教学效果。
The Constitution teaching at the local colleges and universities has been neglected commonly.It is because of both thinking and practice operation.this phenomenons long-existing will certainly bring tremendous negative influence,affecting effectiveness of the Constitution teaching and Personnel training of Constitution,and will not conform to the building of political civilization and law-ruled Country.To correct the deviation,which is necessary and possible,can be to reform teaching methods,improve teaching skills and enhance teaching effectiveness under the premise of enhancing understanding.
