摘要
宪法在法学体系中具有根本性、基础性的地位。但是,由于宪法学是以国家的本质和形式,国家机构的组织、职权和工作制度,以及国家与公民之间的基本权利和义务等内容为主要研究对象的学科,并具有内容多、理论强、政治性突出的特点,因此,宪法学的教学难度大,容易出现内容脱离实际,教学形式单一,教学方法单调生硬,观点陈旧滞后的局面,这与宪法学在整个法学教育过程中应发挥的作用极不相称。这样局面的出现,除了宪法学课程自身的特点之外,更主要的原因还在于长期以来所形成的单一陈旧的教学方法。因而,如何对宪法教学进行有效改革,建立与宪法课程特点紧密结合的教学模式和教学环境,就显得尤为重要。
