摘要
以教师的"传"与"授"为中心的传统宪法学教学模式,由于忽略学生的主动学习能力而难以适应培养现代社会法律人才的需要。建立在网络教学平台基础上的研究性学习社区,是面向学生的网络主题学习空间,能够充分利用信息技术促进学生对宪法知识的理解和掌握。宪法学教学过程中构建研究性学习社区,不仅可以激发学生对宪法课程的学习兴趣,而且有助于形成开放型的课堂文化,提升宪法学的教学效果。
The traditional model in the teaching of constitutional law, which based on teachers' impartation, is difficult to meet the needs of training legal professionals in modern society because of its ignoring students' active learning ability. The re- search learning community, which is built on the basis of network teaching platform, is the theme learning space of the network for students, and it can take full advantage of information technology to promote students to understand and mas- ter constitutional law knowledge. Building research learning community in the teaching of constitution law not only can stimulate students' interest in learning the course of constitution, but also contribute to form an open classroom culture, and enhance the teaching effectiveness of constitution law.
