摘要
探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗环状混合痔的方法与并发症的预防。利用特制痔吻合器对环状混合痔340例进行手术治疗。平均手术时间18min；平均住院5d。术后随访6个月，满意311例（91．5％），基本满意29例（8．5％）。无复发，无大便失禁、排便困难等并发症。结果表明，PPH具有操作简单、手术创伤小、时间短、术后痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，以内痔为主的环状混合痔是主要适应症。
The aim of this study was to investigate the treatment method of PPH for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and the prevention of its complications. The 340 patients were subjected to PPH performed by using special staple%the average operation time was 18 min, the average hospitalization duration time was 5 days ; postoperative follow-up duration was 6 monthes. The outcomes showed that 311 patients were satified （91.5%）, 29 basically satisfied（8. 5%）; no recurrence, fecal incontinence and difficult defecation, etc. found. Above results show that PPH has such advantages as simple manipulation,less trauma, shorter op- eration time,less postoperative pain, faster recovery and less complication, etc; the circumferential mixed hemorrhoids mainly presented as internal hemorrhoids is its main indication.
