摘要
目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗痔的临床疗效。方法总结46例严重混合痔应用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的临床资料,对其临床疗效进行评价。结果46例重度痔均一次性吻合成功,手术时间平均20 min,住院时间平均3.8d;随访平均13.4个月,患者均无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、肛周感染及复发。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔疗效确切、创伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、住院时间短、复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of procedure for prolapse and haemorrhoids （PPH） in the treatment of severe haemorrhoids. Methods 46 cases with severe haemorrhoids undertaken stapled circumferential mucosectomy by PPH were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the operation were performed successfully. The average operation and hospitalization time were respectively 20 minutes and 3.8 days. No anal incontinence, anal stricture, perianal infection and recurrence of the illness occurred after the mean follow-up time of 13.4 months. Conclusions PPH is an effective,safe and minimally invasive treatment for severe haemorrhoids, and it has advantages of less bleeding, less pain, shorter hospitalization time, low recurrence rate and deserves clinical expansion.
