摘要目的评估大号肛痔吻合器(PPH)在环状痔手术中应用的安全性及优越性。方法应用KGZ-32管型肛痔吻合器对62例环状痔进行手术治疗。结果手术时间短,平均21 m in,平均住院日5.5 d,除1例伤口感染术后15 d出现大便带血外,其他病例皆工期愈合。结论与传统手术相比,吻合器环状痔手术具有手术简单、出血少、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、复发率低、并发症少等特点,但远期效果需继续观察随访。
