摘要
研究比较了Sevag法、三氯乙酸法(TCA)-Sevag法、壳聚糖絮凝法和酶法四种方法对刺五加多糖的脱蛋白效果。结果表明:Sevag法、三氯乙酸法(TCA)-Sevag法、壳聚糖絮凝法和酶法的蛋白脱除率分别为28%、83%、93.1%、93.1%;多糖损失率分别为18%、43%、47%、7%。比较这四种脱蛋白方法,酶法具有良好的脱蛋白效果。
Four methods ( Sevag, TCA-Sevag, Chitosan Coagulation, Enzyme) of removing protein from the extracted polysacchafide of Acanthopanax senticosus were compared. The results showed that the percentage of removed protein for the four methods were 28% ,83% ,93.1% and 93.1% ,respectively,and the percentage of decomposed polysaccharide were 18% ,43% ,47% and 7% ,respectively. It was concluded that the enzymatic removal of protein is an effective method through the comparison.
