摘要
目的建立同时测定刺乌养心口服液中没食子酸、丹参素钠、金丝桃苷、丹酚酸B4种化学成分含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Welch Ultimate XB C18色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,3μm),以体积分数为1%的磷酸水溶液为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱。检测波长:214 nm,进样量:2μL,柱温:35℃,流速:0.2 mL·min-1。结果没食子酸、丹参素钠、金丝桃苷和丹酚酸B质量浓度分别在2.0~9.0、18.0~108.0、8.0~48.0、7.0~42.0 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9994、0.9994、0.9994、0.9996;平均回收率分别为98.0%、102.9%、103.1%和104.2%;RSD分别为1.6%、1.0%、1.0%、0.5%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法为刺乌养心口服液的质量标准提供实验依据。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid,salvianic acid A sodium,hyperoside and salvianolic acid B in Ciwuyangxin oral liquid(a traditional Chinese medicine).Methods The separation was developed on a Welch Ultimate XB C18 column(150 mm×2.1 mm,3μm)by gradient elution with acetonitrile-water(containing 1%(φ)phosphoric acid)as the mobile phase,flow rate at 0.2 mL·min-1,detection wavelength at 214 nm for gallic acid,salvianic acid A sodium,hyperoside and salvianolic acid B.The column temperature was 35℃,and injection volume was 2μL.Results The calibration curves were linear within the ranges of 2.0-9.0,18.0-108.0,8.0-48.0 and 7.0-42.0 mg·L-1 for gallic acid,salvianic acid A sodium,hyperoside,salvianolic acid B,respectively.The average recoveries were 98.0%,102.9%,103.1%and 104.2%;RSD were 1.6%,1.0%,1.0%and 0.5%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Ciwiyangxin oral liquid.
