摘要
在铸铁坩埚高温熔铝过程中,铁凝固时会形成脆性的α相和π相,显著降低铝合金的性能。通过对比试验探讨了铝液对4种材料铸铁坩埚的浸蚀,发现控制和减少铁埚熔铝中的含铁量十分重要;研究了不同钢铁材料在高温铝液下的浸蚀特点与规律,提出了钢铁材料中高碳相的形态与数量对其抗高温铝液浸蚀影响的特点,并对几种钢铁材料的抗铝液浸蚀能力进行了排序,为生产厂家选择铁埚材料提供了科学依据。
During so-lidification of iron in high temperature aluminum melting with cast iron crucibles,brittle a phase and π phase are generated to wors-en the performance of the aluminum alloy. Therefore,it is imper-ative to investigate the corrosion behavior of cast iron crucibles in high temperature molten aluminum so as to control and reduce i-ron content in aluminum alloy. Thus the corrosion characteristics and rules of different iron and steel materials in high temperature molten aluminum were comparatively investigated. And the effects of the morphology and amount of high carbon phases in iron and steel structures on the corrosion resistance of the cast iron cruci-bles were analyzed. Moreover,the anti-corrosion abilities of sev-eral kinds of iron and steel materials were sequentially ordered,which,hopefully,would help to provide guidance to selecting proper materials for aluminum -melting crucibles.
