摘要
以在常见介质中耐蚀性优良的两种不锈钢材作为耐熔融铝硅腐蚀介质的材料,进行了耐蚀性能的试验和研究。结果表明,不锈钢在熔融铝液中腐蚀的发生受铁铝合金腐蚀层的扩散生长控制,腐蚀速率随时间延长逐渐降低并趋稳定;0Cr25Ni20不锈钢耐蚀性能优于0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。
The corrosion resistance of 0Cr25Ni20 steel and 0Cr18Ni9Ti steel which have excellent anti-corrosion performance in normal media were studied in melting aluminum solution.The results show that the corrosion process is controlled by the grouth of corrosion layer and complies with the parabolic rule.The corrosion resistance of 0Cr25Ni20 steel is superior to that of 0Cr18Ni9Ti steel.
