摘要
综合运用制浆造纸、林业经济和管理科学的理论、方法和技术,研究了实施造纸工业循环经济发展战略的各种模式,提出了5种逐步递升的循环经济模式,7类影响模式优化的主要条件,以及模式优化的4个阶段,探讨了实现模式升级和优化的正确路径,为我国造纸工业循环经济的发展提出了科学的战略设想和优化方案。
By comprehensively utilizing the theories, methods and technologies of pulp and paper, forestry economics and management science, this paper studies different models of implementing paper industry recycling economy development strategy, puts forward five models for recycling economy patterns that upgrade gradually, seven conditions that influence model optimization and four stages of model optimization, investigates the correct way of realizing model promotion and optimization and expounds the scientific strategy plan and optimization proposal for China paper industry recycling economy development.
