摘要
利用原生质体单核化技术得到野生香菇菌株单核菌丝体,再从栽培香菇菌株的子实体中分离担孢子得到单核菌丝体。将这两种单核亲本进行杂交,通过镜鉴和拮抗作用选育出新菌株粤北香菇1号,并且对香菇粤北1号的部分生物学特性进行了研究。
In this paper, the monokaryon mycelia of wild strain of Lentinus edods were gotten through using protoplast monokaryon technique, and another monokaryon mycelia of cultivated strain of L. edods were obtained by separating basidiospore from fruitbody too. Both monokaryon myeelia were hybridized, and the filial generation Yuebei No. 1 was selected by microscopy determination and antagonism, and the biological characteristics of the new strain were preliminarily studied.
