摘要
对我省15个袋栽香菇主要菌株进行单孢分离,对它们的交配型基因进行了分析与鉴定.结果发现,这15个菌株的A因子和B因子各有5个等位基因.15个袋栽香菇菌株可归为6类交配型基因型:L27、L087和Cr02同属A1A2B1B2;L135、L939和L9015同属A3A4B3B4;L241 4属A3A5B3B5;Cr33、Cr62、Cr66和闽丰一号同属A1A5B1B5;Cr04、L42和L26同属A1A3B1B5;Cr52属A1A5B1B3.在此基础上,结合菌株选育背景和RAPD分析结果建立了我省袋栽香菇主要菌株的品种鉴别方法.
The mating-type gene of 15 artificial-log-cultivation strains of Lentinula edodes cultivated in Fujian Province was determined and analysed by means of single spore culture. The results showed that mating types of the 15 strains had only 5 A factors and 5 B factors. Although there were polymorphism in mating-type combinations, but most of them had alternation and there was finite difference among them. According to the results of incompatibility tested, these strains could be divided into 6 groups based on mating-type. Strains L27, L087 and Cr02 were in group A_1A_2B_1B_2; L135, L939 and L9015 were in A_3A_4B_3B_4; L241-4 was in A_3A_5B_3B_5; Cr33, Cr62, Cr66 and Min feng 1 were in A_1A_5B_1B_5; Cr04, L42 and L26 were in A_1A_3B_1B_5; Cr52 was in A_1A_5B_1B_3. The relationship among the strains was analysed referring to its breeding background and RAPD analysis results. It was demonstrated that mating-type could play an important role in strain identification.
