摘要
"五点一线"战略的提出是国内外经济发展经验的总结,是扩大辽宁乃至东北地区对外开放的重要举措,是促进环渤海区域经济实现新飞跃的迫切需要。"五点一线"战略实施与东北亚经济合作是相互促进、共同发展的关系,并提出了加强两者合作的对策。
The proposal of ＂Five Points and One Line＂strategy is the summary based on the domestic and international economic development experience. It is also an important measure to expand opening up in Liaoning and the northeastern region and is the urgent need to promote the new leap forward of the regional economy around Bohai Sea. The relations between the implementation of ＂Five Points and One Line＂ strategy in Liaoning province and the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia are of mutual promotion and common development. Accordingly, the author put forward measures to strengthen their cooperation.
