摘要
以中国东北和东北亚地区特定的地理空间为背景,把东北振兴置于国际区域经济合作这个视角下,在探讨其经济合作的地缘优势、合作潜力等相关问题基础上,从东北振兴需要出发,提出充分发挥东北地区参与东北亚合作的优势和潜力,使其成长为东北亚区域新兴工业基地、现代装备基地和高科技产业基地。
Taking the unique geographical advantage, Northeastern China absolutely plays a very important role in Northeastern Asia. This article from the view of geographical advantage, potential for cooperation and related issues, discusses the way for the Northeastern China to be the emerging industrial base, modern equipment base and high-tech industrial base in Northeastern Asia.
