摘要
中国东北地区在东北亚及中国的战略地位举足轻重,实现东北老工业基地的振兴已经成为一项重大的区域发展战略。根据东北老工业基地振兴在区域经济合作中的目标定位,积极发挥自身优势,并充分利用东北亚各国合作的互补性,尤其应加强与俄、日、韩等国的区域经济合作,加快实现中国东北老工业基地的振兴。
The Northeastern China plays a very important role in Northeastern Asia and China. To realize the Regeneration of the Northeastern old industrial base has already become a great regional developing strategy. According to the goal for Regeneration of the Northeastern old industrial base in regional economic cooperation, we should play our own advantage actively, make full use of complementarity in the cooperation of various countries in Northeast Asia, and especially strengthen the regional economic cooperation with countries such as Russia, Japan and Korea S, etc, in order to accelerate realizing the Regeneration in the China＇s Northeastern old industrial base.
