摘要
招聘员工是每一个企业都必须面临的问题,招聘员工的成本也应该是HR们所关注的.招聘工作与其他的人力资源工作一样不参与直接的业务运作,所以,它在收益上的贡献体现在降低成本上.从国内对招聘成本的研究现状入手,号召各企业对成本问题引起重视,并提出一些控制成本的方法.
Every enterprise must recruit new employees, so human resources managers are very concerned with recruitment cost. Recruitment, as other human resources work is not directly involved into business operation, so its contribution in return mainly lies in reduction of cost. This paper has analyzed national research on recruitment cost situation and called on all enterprises to pay much attention to recruitment cost and take effective measures to reduce the cost.
