摘要
员工招聘作为现代社会和企业人力资源管理的关键,是以人的判断和互动为基础的。人才招聘的各个环节存在着种种博弈问题和博弈现象。讨论了现代人才招聘过程中常见的现象,并运用博弈论的方法和模型进行了分析,给出建议和对策。
Recruitment of employees has become the critical part in modern society development and human resource management. The recruitment process highly depends on interactions among people so that we could analyze it in the context of the Game Theory. In this paper discusses the phenomena in recruitment process was discussed and analyzed with game theory framework and model. Moreover, some suggestions were put forward so that social efficiency could be improved.
