NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE COMBUSTION SYSTEM FOR 670 t/h CFB BOILER

摘要 针对670t/h循环流化床锅炉(CFB)设计,在已经建立的整体数学模型的基础上,模拟计算了若干不同部件布置方案和两种不同设计方案。通过分析数值计算结果发现,旋风分离器后燃比率、外置换热器入料比率和流化床冷渣循环回料率对CFB炉膛温度的分布均有影响,且两种设计方案都可以满足炉膛温度要求和排放标准。 Directing against the design of a 670 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, simulated calculation of several layout schemes of various parts and of two different design schemes have been carried out on the basis of integral numerical model established already. Through analysis of numerical calculation results, it is known that the post - burning ratio of cyclone separator, incoming material ratio of the external heat exchanger (EHE), and cold - slag circutating return ratio of the CFB are all affecting the furnace temperature distribution in CFB, and the two designed schemes all can satisfy the temperature requirements and the emission standard.
