摘要
采用伤根灌菌液的接种方法,评价了36份香蕉种质苗期对枯萎病的室内抗病性。结果表明:在供试36份种质中,13份种质为中抗,22份种质为感病,1份种质为高感,无高抗种质。
Root scratching inoculation method was used to identify 36 accessions of banana germplasm for their seedling resistance to fusarium wilt. Of the 36 accessions 13 were found moderately resistant, 22 susceptible and 1 highly susceptible.
