摘要
为了提高卷接机组交流伺服驱动系统的稳定性,提出了一种基于卷接机组运行状态的软件设计方法。根据机组运动功能要求和交流伺服系统的特点,确定了卷接机组的各种运动状态及其关系。机组的运动状态按规定的路径和规则转移,任意时刻都具有唯一性和确定性,保证了系统的稳定性。基于此方法实现的整机交流伺服系统,应用于MK9/MAX-S、ZJ15-XG和ZJ19-XG等卷接机组中,运行稳定可靠,较好地解决了不明原因停机、无指令运行等问题。
In order to improve the stability of AC servo drive system in cigarette making and tipping machine combination, a software design method based on the motion status of the combination was proposed. The relation between each motion status of the combination was determined based on the function required by the combination and the characteristics of AC servo system. The motion status of the combination shifted according to the specified path and rule, it was exclusive and definite at any moment, thus, the stability of the system was ensured. The AC servo system based on this method has bean applied to filter cigarette makers MKg/ MAX-S, ZJ15-XG and ZJ19-XG, all of them run stably and reliably. The abrupt machine stop resulted from unidentified causes or running in the absence of order is avoided effectively.
